By Decree No. 2019-155/PR of November 14, 2019, amending Decree No. 2016-166-PR of November 24, 2016, on the establishment, powers, and organization of the Digital Infrastructure Company (SIN), it is opening its network to operators and Internet service providers (ISPs). It has the option to acquire equity stakes in companies in the sector in Togo and abroad.
